Shipping for UK customers

1. Shipping Costs

If you live in the UK, every item you purchase on Bokel will be shipped to you for free. Few exceptions apply. We want to make shopping as easy as possible, with a minimum of extra costs and logistics.

If the shipment is lost, Bokel is not liable for the cost of this. This must be dealt with the carrier directly.

2. Shipping Confirmation

After passing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from info@bokel.co.uk.

Once a product is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from info@bokel.co.uk. If you order more than one product, you will receive one shipment confirmation email per product.

3. Shipping Times

You can find tracking details for your orders in your account page. If you did not register for an account (i.e. you checkout out as a guest) then email us and we can provide you with tracking details. Sometimes, tracking details are unavailable and delivery times may vary according to exceptional circumstances.

Returns for UK customers

1. How to return an item?

If you need to return an item because it’s faulty we won’t charge you for the return/collection. But if you’re returning an item because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to pay the cost noted below.

If you return your whole order, we’ll give you a full refund, including what you paid for delivery, minus the returns or collection fee.

If you only return some of your order, we’ll refund for those items and their delivery, minus the returns or collection fee.

2. Exceptions

Made-to-Order items do not qualify for returns.

3. Refunds

We will refund your order once we confirm receipt of the returned item. For security reasons, we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
